Myself and humble coffee have combined forces to host an evening celebrating great vegetarian dishes with an Asian twist and some fantastic wines too. I am a local private chef, food writer and recipe creator based in Kloof. Garnering most of my experience internationally in London working as the Group Pastry Chef for Bill Granger's esteemed restaurant group Granger & Co. Each ticket will include 4 small plates inspired by great vegetarian produce and my international experience. We will be celebrating light Asian fare for this event which will include:
* Vietnamese rice paper rolls with satay sauce
* Braised jack fruit bao with pickled vegetables
* Roasted root vegetables with miso yoghurt
* Mushroom gyoza with dipping sauce
There will be a drinks bar available to top you up while you dine on carefully curated plates.
