Garlic Naan bread
3 ingredients Naan bread, perfect for your curries !
Ingredients
1 cup plain yoghurt
1&1/2 cup self raising flour
2 tbs garlic butter(melted)
Parsley for garnish
Method
In a large, combine together flour and yoghurt, mix well together to form a dough. Sprinkle with a bit of flour again then transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Knead the dough for about 2 minutes and form a large ball. Cut or divide the dough into 5 portion and form little balls. Flatten the balls onto 1 cm or 2 cm( don't make them too thick). Then heat a non-stick over medium heat. Once hot, place the flatten dough and cook for 3 minutes and flip on the other side and cook until cooked( 2 to 3 minutes). Once the Naan breads are cooked brush with the garlic butter and garnish. with fresh parsley.
Recipe notes: add a pinch of salt if desired to the dough while mixing.
